The moment you place your order and make your payment, you will receive a call from our verification manager. The manager will be making this call to confirm and verify the order, shipping details, and customer availability. After the confirmation call is over, you will receive an e-mail with product summary and estimated delivery time, thus, confirming the order. The e-mail will also contain the order ID so that you can refer it.

The prices of the batteries and the inverters that are mentioned on the website are fixed and it includes everything. They do not contain any kind of hidden costs, service taxes or any sort of extra charges. You will pay the exact amount you see on the website.

Once you order the battery, all you have to do is wait for our verification manager to call you to confirm the details of the order. In this call, you will be asked about your availability too. We usually deliver the battery within 2-4 hours after your order is confirmed by our verification manager. But you can mention a time for delivery that suits you. It is not really possible to deliver at the exact mentioned time because of various reasons like a traffic jam, bad weather, political disruption, or unavailability of the product. Also, you have to remember that this is restricted to the orders that are confirmed before 5 PM. We cannot promise the same day delivery of orders that are confirmed after 5 PM.

The batteries you will be receiving will be completely charged. They will be ready to use the moment they are installed?

If order cancelled by customer or if battery found to be ok in that case service charges will be applicable min Rs.350/.

If the car doesn’t start after replacing the battery, it could be due to a starter issue, and service charges will apply. Additionally, a service charge of Rs. 300/- will be applicable if the customer requests delivery before 8:30 AM or after 8:30 PM. Moreover, if the delivery distance exceeds 22-25 kilometers, a service charge will be applicable.

If payment is made by credit card (Visa/Master), an additional service charge of 2% plus GST of 2% will be applicable. However, if payment is made by American Express, an additional service charge of 3% plus GST of 3% will be applicable. Please note that if the customer opts to use Paytm, an additional charge of 5% will be applicable.

Netbanking, IMPS, GPay, and cheque payment options are available, limited to select cities.

As with most products, the battery manufacturer handles after-sales service. If you’ve purchased a battery from us and encounter an issue within the warranty period, please reach out directly to the battery manufacturer. For instance, if your Amaron battery requires warranty service, kindly contact the Amaron Service Centre.

  3. Inspect the battery regularly for any signs of damage and ensure it is always fully charged. Keep the connecting wires clean as well.

  4. Apply Vaseline or petroleum jelly to lubricate the battery cables regularly.

  5. Switch off all electronic devices when the car battery is idle to conserve power.

  6. Check the battery’s fluid level regularly and ensure it is always full.
